Peer Coordinator Supervisor (Part Time)

Summary:  Peer Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for case management and supervision of our two-tiered Peer Coordinator Program.  Supports and monitors the delivery of a quality and effective program consistent with the terms and conditions dictated by the standards of the state of Kansas.  Provides oversight and direction for the volunteers during their advocacy of abused and neglected youth in court. Supervises experienced volunteers and newly certified volunteers as they work together to collect case-related information and provide comprehensive reports to the court that speak to the best interest of the child.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice, social work, sociology or a related field. At least two years of direct supervisory or volunteer management experience.
